By the end of 2021, LIBOR will not be available for new loans, and by June 2023, LIBOR will no longer be available for existing loans. If your loan is tied to LIBOR, your Bremer banker will reach out to you to discuss options for transitioning to a new index. Contact your banker with any questions.

Ethics Reporting
A COMMITMENT TO ETHICAL BEHAVIOR: ABOUT OUR REPORTING HOTLINE
At Bremer, we are committed to delivering on our vision and mission with the utmost of ethical behavior. To empower our employees, clients, vendors and other interested parties, we make available an Ethics Reporting Hotline through an outside partner (EthicsPoint).
This Reporting Hotline supports Bremer’s strong commitment to integrity, transparency and high ethical values. It does so by providing a means for employees, clients, vendors and other interested parties to report issues related to any of the following matters: employee behavior; suspected violations of Bremer policies, including the Code of Conduct; and other inappropriate employee, vendor or client behavior, including violations of financial and accounting matters, consumer compliance laws, compliance with state and federal regulations, dishonest acts, suspected illegal activities and other related matters.
The information you provide will be sent to Bremer by EthicsPoint on an anonymous basis if you choose not to identify yourself. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service. Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
