Answers to your frequently asked questions

Where can I use my debit card?
Use your debit card for online shopping, pay-at-the-pump or at the register. You can also set your card up for recurring payments with your gym or other service provider. Access cash from any ATM, including over 25,000 surcharge-free ATMs in the United States through our MoneyPass network. Find an ATM by using the search filters available at bremer.com/locations.
How can I find a surcharge-free ATM?
Find a surcharge-free ATM by using the Search Filter for "MoneyPass" at bremer.com/locations. After selecting this filter, please give the page a few moments to refresh.
Why is a pending transaction showing a different amount than what I paid?
Some merchants pre-authorize transactions at higher or lower amounts to test a card's validity. For example, a $25 gas purchase might temporarily show in your account transaction history as a pending purchase of $126. Pre-authorizations are common at gas pumps, hotels and car rental companies. The actual amount withdrawn from your account will be the correct amount, and the pending transaction will disappear.
