As EVP of Commercial, Ag and Treasury Management, Tom Rickers is responsible for delivering financial solutions and service to Bremer’s business customers. In this role, Tom oversees Bremer’s commercial real estate, franchise, treasury management, agriculture, and commercial sales, strategy and execution.

With more than three decades at Bremer, Tom has served in a variety of senior executive roles including EVP Consumer, Mortgage and Operations, Group President, Region President, and Group Retail Manager. Throughout his tenure, he has built enduring relationships, strengthened his leadership capability and gained valuable industry expertise by partnering with colleagues and engaging with clients. Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from North Dakota State University.

Tom shares Bremer’s commitment to the community. He serves on the board of the Greater St. Cloud Economic Development Corporation, the board of the Boy Scouts of America, Central Minnesota Council, and is also a longstanding member of the Rotary Club. Tom is married with three sons and enjoys traveling and playing golf in his leisure time.
