As Chief Administrative Officer, Meghan oversees Bremer’s strategy execution and program office, business planning and reporting, enterprise process improvement, internal communications, and space and facilities planning functions. Meghan’s responsibilities include partnering with Bremer’s revenue and operational leaders to identify, measure, and monitor key business indicators to ensure the company moves work forward consistent with its strategic plan.
Prior to her current role, Meghan spent 10 years as Bremer’s Chief People and Culture Officer, heading the human resources department and strategy for Bremer’s 1,500 employees. Before joining Bremer in 2012, Meghan was director of human resources for Target Corporation, vice president of human resources at TAPEMARK Company, and began her human resources career at Lutheran Social Services of Minnesota. Meghan graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and earned her master’s in business administration from the University of St. Thomas.
Meghan has a long history of public service and community leadership. She currently serves as a trustee for the Science Museum of Minnesota and as a council member on the UCLA Parents’ Council. Meghan previously served on the board of directors of Murphy Warehouse Corporation, the Melpomene Institute Minneapolis and the Convent of the Visitation School. She also sat on advisory committees for Working Family Resource Center, the United Way’s Success by 6 and Minnesota School Readiness, and provided instruction for Minnesota Business Venture with Best Prep. A St. Paul native, Meghan is married with three children and two dogs. She enjoys global travel, live music and sports of all kinds.
