Meet Tracy

Tracy Hubbard has served as the community development finance director with Bremer Bank since 2022. She provides solid financial guidance and innovative tax credit solutions, going beyond traditional banking products and services to be a valuable and strategic partner. By working in sync with external and internal partners, she can help to identify tax credit opportunities. Tracy has the experience, organizational resources and tools necessary to help businesses navigate complex situations in a dynamic economy. Before assuming her current role, Tracy served as COO/CFO at Forward Community Investments (FCI), a Wisconsin-based community development financial institution (CDFI) with a mission focused on reducing racial and social economic disparities. Over her 15 years at FCI, Tracy developed lending programs and investment-fund models for nonprofits, mission-based organizations and emerging developers. Her successes included securing $215 million in New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation, building out high performing community investment lending teams, creating programs for capital access, and forming partnerships with entities such as the Hispanic Collaborative that make debt and equity investments in the Milwaukee area. Originally from Wisconsin, Tracy is an empty nester who lives with her long-term partner, Derek, and their two rescue Weimaraners in the Madison area. She enjoys traveling and nurturing her flower gardens.
