Rick Geisen has been with Bremer over 25 years and is currently serving as a business relationship manager. In this role, he enjoys helping businesses achieve their financial goals. He accomplishes this with his extensive knowledge of business finance that includes tax credits, interest rate SWAPS, and SBA lending. For each client, he leads a team of advisors that have expertise in treasury management, insurance, investments, and wealth management. The team approach helps his clients identify opportunities that will allow their business to grow.

Previously, Rick served as a business banking manager in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Prior to that, he was the market manager of the Bremer offices in Washburn and Bayfield. He began his time at Bremer as a business banker in Frederic. He also is a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in the Persian Gulf War.

Rick holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. He has served on numerous volunteer boards including Momentum West, Chequamegon Bay Area Community Fund, Lions Club and several county and city economic development corporations.

Rick is married with eight children and two grandchildren. He enjoys competing in ultra-distance races including 100-mile trail races and Ironman triathlons.
