Rammie joined Bremer Bank in 2018. Prior to that, Rammie held a variety of positions across the financial services industry, including work as a relationship manager with Bank of the West. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Mayville State University and is a Credit College graduate.

Rammie volunteers with United Way, YMCA and Junior Achievement. She was selected to United Way of Cass-Clay Womens' 35 Under 35 and is a Women's Leadership Graduate. She enjoys coaching volleyball, going to concerts, and spending time on beaches or at sporting events.
