Josh Herbold joined Bremer Bank in 2006 and currently serves as a Commercial Relationship Manager working with middle market manufacturers, transportation, value added distributors, construction, and professional services companies. He provides solid financial guidance and innovative solutions to be a valuable and strategic partner with extensive knowledge of programs and incentives available to businesses. By working in sync with external and internal partners, he can help to identify financial risks and opportunities. Josh has the experience, organizational resources and tools necessary to help individuals, families, and businesses establish and meet their financial goals. Josh serves on the board of Impact Dakota, a federal Manufacturing Extension Partnership organization that provides training and advocacy for North Dakota Manufacturers. He is also on the board of Minn-Dak Manufacturers Association, serving Fargo Moorhead region manufacturers. Josh is active in the community as a wish granter and board member for Make-A-Wish ND, classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement, member of West Fargo Exchange Club, and volunteer for other organizations such as United Way and Habitat for Humanity. Before assuming his current role, Josh served as business banking team lead, business banker, and credit analyst with Bremer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from North Dakota State University. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, golfing, hunting, and being active.
