Erin Dady of Bremer Bank today was awarded the individual HERBIE award from the St. Paul Area Chamber. The annual recognition, inspired by Saint Paul native and hockey legend Herb Brooks, honors one local leader who embodies the following traits: Humanitarian, Enterprising, Resilient, Bold, Inspirational and Ethical.
As the highly respected and connected Chief Marketing and Public Relations Officer for Bremer Bank (headquartered in downtown Saint Paul), Erin is a key member of Bremer’s senior executive team, working to define how the organization grows its business and reputation while contributing meaningfully to the communities it serves. Dady has dedicated the entirety of her professional career to igniting positive change at the intersection of government, nonprofit and business.
“Erin’s impact at Bremer is tremendous – both through the expert leadership of her team and as a C-Suite executive leader. Erin also has several organizations where she serves as a board member, with an inspiring desire to make our community a better place for everyone,” said Bremer President and CEO Jeanne Crain. “Erin lifts every person she comes across and has generated significant financial investments to further Saint Paul’s vibrancy throughout her career. Dady currently serves as a board member for Greater Twin Cities United Way (since 2019), the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts (since 2023), and the Institute for Research in Marketing at the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management (since 2020). She previously served as a board member for the Saint Paul Area Chamber Foundation, Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, Visit Saint Paul, the Landmark Center, Women Winning and The Jeremiah Program.

Business leaders from the region gathered on July 25 at Hamline University to recognize the honorees during the 25th Annual St. Paul Area Chamber Foundation Celebration, Dady was recognized alongside the St. Paul Pioneer Press (Organization award) and Blaze Credit Union (Employer Champion award).
