Minot community and business leaders together with Bremer Bank employees gathered today to cut the ribbon on Bremer’s newly built, full-service Minot location. The 7,500-square-foot branch, located at 1615 36th Ave. SW, combines the bank’s two existing Minot branches into one location, offering a more streamlined and modern customer experience. Bremer’s branch at 15 South Broadway remains open to drive-thru or walk-up customers only.
“We are pleased to reinvest in the Minot community with a new and modern branch as we continue to serve our customers as a relationship and solution-oriented community bank. This region of North Dakota has played an important role in Bremer’s enduring history and our continued growth over the years,” said Bremer President and CEO Jeanne Crain. “For 80 years, we’ve been proud to serve the people and businesses of Minot, and this new location strengthens our commitment to this community for years to come.”
The new location fosters a collaborative and welcoming atmosphere through modern features, including “partner tables” in the lobby instead of traditional teller lines for improved service and stronger banker-customer partnerships, as well as open workstations for Bremer employees. Wood and metal design elements throughout the building are inspired by trestle bridges found across North Dakota, giving the branch a unique look and feel. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows capture the local scenery.
Construction on the new Minot branch began in October 2020.
