Online Banking for Business contains a main navigation bar, which includes Summary, Accounts, and Funds Management. As you hover your mouse over these headings, various dropdown menus are displayed for additional options. Summary The Summary page displays your list of accounts and contains account IDs, balances, and anticipated available balances. You can sort account information in ascending or descending order by clicking on any of the column titles (e.g., Product Description, Account ID, Balances, etc.). To access more detailed account balance information, click an Account ID hyperlink. Accounts The Accounts dropdown menu lists the first 15 accounts available. If you have more than 15 accounts, they are listed on the Account List page. Select an account and a second navigation bar will appear displaying Balances, Transactions, and Stop Payments options.
Search A search feature is available on both the Transaction Menu and Transaction Search pages. Here you can search for a single transaction or range of transactions by specific statement cycle or transaction type. You can also search for a specific amount or check number or range of either.
Sort You can sort transactions by Date, Transaction Number, Description, Debit, or Credit by clicking on the column title. The search feature also allows you to search by any combination of these columns.
Export The export feature allows you to export any statement into Microsoft Money, Intuit Quicken or Quickbooks, or as a comma separated file (CSV).
Transaction Information - Current Business Day – Same-day memo-posted transactions (only available on Extended and Elite Plans).
- Previous Business Day – Last business day’s posted transactions.
- Current Statement – Transactions posted from the last statement cut.
- Previous Statement – Transactions posted in the last statement cut.
- Transaction Menu – Displays account balance information and contains Search and Export functions.
- Transaction Search - Displays the search menu for transactions only. This is the same search function located on the Transaction Menu page.
Stop Payments This feature allows you to issue, search, and view stop payments. Funds Management Funds Management allows you to initiate general (non-repetitive) transfers and specific (repetitive) transfers for internal transfers (transfers made to accounts at the same Bremer Bank office), cross-institution transfers (transfer made to an account at a different Bremer Bank), wire transfers, international transfers, and ACH transfers.
